This position works within the Multichannel Marketing and Innovation teamand is responsible to conceptualise, create and execute on marketing communications and digital content via various channels to support the Marketing Strategies of our Medtronic Operating Units and Asia Region Led Markets.
A Day in the Life
- Building rapport with the stakeholders, be able to pilot a few projects and campaigns, be able to generate results.
- Have a certain level of maturity : working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders. Know how to strategize a marketing campaign
- Marketing Communication : Strategize on the campaigns. Marketing VS Marketing Communication?
- Make campaigns to generate leads (multi-channel, they own the channel or platforms to sell).They only do projects or campaigns that target customers. MKT is product launching etc.
Must Have : Minimum Requirements
12 years of marketing experience.Education Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
Experience in Healthcare is preferredRegional Experience is a MUSTProven campaigns or project experience.Good communication skillsNice to Have
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding attention to detailExperience working with briefing and workflow management tools such as WorkfrontCustomer focused with exceptional follow through and accountabilityGood organisation and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised, able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
