Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Execution Plan
a) Effective & efficient execution of marketing plan within the allocated timeline & budget for respective regions
b) Devise & run marketing campaigns (BTL Activation & Digital) for targeted geography, product, customer & business partners thus measure the effectiveness of the same along with ROI
c) Focus to have a customized communication & market development initiative to establish a more impactful connect with farmer decision making.
d) Monitoring & tracking of market development plans to evaluate performance and provide insight to make better decision
e) Responsible for Completion of market development plans to support sales plan for the Zone & coordinate with all regions to share best practices & monitor progress
f) Dashboard reporting to bring visibility of execution across marketing development & campaigns.
g) Effective execution of Customer loyalty program to sustain short term & long-term business objectives
2. Campaign Management
a) Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
b) Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
c) Check pre & post evaluation of campaign through personal research / tele survey to know the effectiveness of campaign & present the learning to improve market penetration
d) Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies
e) Work within a budget and report any overspend
f) Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
g) Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
h) Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
i) Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
j) Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
k) Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
l) Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions
m) Administer the website
n) Keep abreast of current trends in rural marketing
3. Digital & Social Media Campaign
a) Able to lead Digital Marketing in consultation with Marketing Lead & Product Manager
b) Define & meet respective social media (YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) tool objective to promote brand & gain new customer base through strategic promotion & content marketing
c) Should be able to design a Digital campaign to promote specific objectives of brands
d) Measuring the ROI of each campaigns
e) Monthly Digital Calendar to be designed & followed to meet objectives
4. Vendor Management
a) Identify & manage vendors locally to design & run campaigns for product promotion and have a uniform brand promotion to save Cost & time to market
b) Identifying local vendors for market communication inputs, mass media campaigns, Retailer & Farmer gift scheme & execution in the Zone.
c) Every six-month evaluation & rating to map vendor performance over quality & on time delivery
d) Create sufficient pool & database of quality vendors & agencies to serve various marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital)
e) Adhering to the company's process of creating Vendor, Purchase order and timely processing of payments to the vendor while following the company DOA
5. A&P Management
a) Managing marketing A&P budget by ensuring followings :
b) Budgeting - Basis on cropping calendar & desired marketing collateral & campaign pre allocate budget for the activity
c) Tracking & Reporting - Monthly tracking & reporting of budget across marketing GL code
d) Track all the field A&P budget vs. spend, monthly report to be shared with region for effective utilization of allocated budget for SDA & field A&P
e) Creating MIS of all the marketing & field A&P & monthly tracking & reporting

Behavioral Competencies :
Education and Experience :
MBA in Marketing with around 5-6 years of experience in similar organization. Should have experience in different facets of Brand and Marketing, PR and advertising, brand campaign planning and execution.
