Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in marketing principles and the ability to deeply understand and connect with consumers. This is a versatile role, requiring someone who can adapt to diverse products—whether health, recruitment, or telecoms—and strategically target the right audience using the most effective mediums.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, positivity, and optimism. They should be a proactive problem-solver, able to work across multiple markets (India, UK, USA) and adapt marketing strategies for various products and demographics.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing :
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for diverse products, tailored to the Indian, UK, and USA middle-class markets.
• Understand and implement core marketing principles to target specific customer groups effectively.
• Identify the best marketing mediums (social media, TV, print, digital, etc.) to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Consumer Insight :
• Conduct market research to deeply understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Use insights to craft compelling marketing messages and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Campaign Management :
• Manage end-to-end campaigns for health, recruitment, telecoms, and other products.
• Ensure consistency across all channels while tailoring strategies to specific platforms and audiences.
• Adaptability and Versatility :
• Switch seamlessly between different products, markets, and mediums.
• Develop creative and flexible marketing solutions that suit the unique demands of each campaign.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
• Partner with content creators, designers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Performance Analysis :
• Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
• Present actionable insights to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
