Work Schedule : Full-time, 5 days a week (1st & 3rd Saturdays working)

Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving strategic brand initiatives aligned with the company’s growth goals. This includes developing brand positioning, executing integrated campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maintain consistency and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and identity.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competition to influence brand decisions.
Build and manage brand presence across social media channels.
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, sales, and digital to ensure brand consistency.
Support content and media planning for hotel openings, relaunches, and key campaigns.
Prepare performance trackers and reports measuring KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and market share.
Advise internal stakeholders on brand alignment and execution consistency.
Manage agency and vendor relationships as required.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
Prior experience in luxury hospitality or premium consumer brands is essential.
Proven track record in executing brand launches and managing integrated campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.
Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights.
Proficiency in managing marketing KPIs, reporting, and presentations.
