Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Deputy Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns, developing strategies to increase brand visibility, and driving engagement on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Management : Lead and execute paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) including ad creation, budgeting, targeting, and optimization to ensure ROI.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation : Use data-driven insights to identify and engage relevant audiences through advanced targeting techniques, retargeting, and custom audience building.
• Creative Collaboration : Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that align with campaign goals and branding.
• A / B Testing : Regularly conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Budget Management : Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to achieve goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Reporting & Analytics : Provide weekly / monthly performance reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially within Meta platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Revenue Generation : Drive revenue growth on Meta platforms by optimizing paid media strategies for high ROI and achieving targets. Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Implement performance

tracking to measure revenue and customer acquisition, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and meeting campaign goals.
