Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Investor Relations team. The role will also involve IPO and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation of detailed financial models for IPO related requirements, ongoing and potential projects, M&A opportunities, and investor presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information required for investor queries and due diligence processes.
• Support the execution of M&A transactions, including market research, preparation of teasers, information memorandums, and data room management.
• Maintain and update databases and trackers related to investors, deals, and transactions.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
• Prepare periodic updates and MIS reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects and business analysis as required.
