Role : AVP / Manager - Investor Relations & Reporting (Private Equity, RFP / DDQ).

Experience : 10+ Years.

Location : Gurugram, HR.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with senior members of the business and finance teams to oversee RFP / DDQ processes.
  • Take initiative in managing transitions and ensuring process stability.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and elevate service quality.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years' post-qualification experience in RFP / DDQ within a corporate environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of financial markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG concepts and reporting for corporate and asset managers.
  • Familiarity with PRI, GRESB, CDP frameworks and hands-on experience drafting ESG RFPs / DDQs.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and resourcefulness.
  • Openness to new challenges and continuous improvement.
