Investor Relations Associate

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 1-2 years (after-graduation)

Education : Undergraduate degree (Graduate / Masters degree like MBA is a plus)

Role Responsibilities :

• Investor Relations Collaterals : Design & develop investor decks, documents, annual reports, and other collateral to support fundraising, IPO events, and earnings releases.
• Program & Event Management : Plan and execute all IR related events (especially quarterly / annual earnings upon PhonePes public listing).
• IR Website Maintenance : Ensure timely updates on PhonePes Investor Relations website, including facts, figures, and press releases.
• Administrative Oversight : Manage IR subscriptions, maintain the IR calendar, and handle the distribution of IR collaterals.
• Market Research & Intelligence : Conduct industry market research, track relevant business strategy insights, and maintain a competition model with key operational and financial metrics.
• Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry developments, compile peer analysis, and provide updates to the team to maintain PhonePes competitive edge.
