Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer to join our team as an Associate Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investor relations and fund-raising activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in law, with a preference for those with past law firm experience and a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience M&A Management :

• Oversee and provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal requirements during the M&A process.
