Public Relations Specialist

Job descriptionIdentify and onboard influencers aligned with the brand’s voice and audience. Coordinate influencer briefs, shoots, and timelines. Review influencer content and ensure brand alignment before publishing. Maintain relationships and negotiate deliverables and budgets where required. Assist in planning and executing product launches, media drops, and PR events. Work cross-functionally with digital, content, and brand teams to integrate PR efforts. 4–5 years of experience in PR (in-house or agency). Strong writing and editing skills — you can turn a brand brief into a media-worthy story. Existing media and influencer network Well-versed in current trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C sectors. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative.
About the Role :
We’re looking for a proactive and sharp PR professional who loves building stories and relationships. You’ll be the bridge between our brand, the media, and influencers, shaping narratives, securing visibility, and ensuring the right buzz around everything we do.
You should be just as comfortable writing a press release as you are coordinating with an influencer or jumping on a call with a journalist. If you can keep conversations warm, calendars on track, and coverage flowing, this role is for you. If you know what makes a story click and how to get people talking (and posting), we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities :
1. PR Strategy & Execution
- Draft high-quality press releases, media pitches, and fact sheets.
- Build and maintain media lists; pitch stories to relevant journalists and publications.
- Work closely with PR agencies to ensure timely dissemination and media follow-ups.
- Track coverage, compile reports, and extract insights.
