Job Summary

The Manager will drive the company's M&A initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and investor engagement activities. This role involves identifying acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, developing growth-aligned strategies, and fostering investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring clear communication of the companys vision and performance.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and manage communications to foster investor confidence and engagement.
  • Enhance coverage of the stock with renowned research houses
  • Develop comprehensive M&A strategies that enhance Poly Medicures market presence and product offerings.
  • Evaluate joint venture partnership opportunities in Global markets for enhancing company product and distribution strategy.
  • Undertake financial analysis of in-bound licensing opportunity for global businesses looking to enter into Indian markets.
  • Lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, assessing financial, operational, and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant data.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to support M&A decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors articulating the strategy for acquisition.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact M&A opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis.
  • Coordinate Non-Deal roadshows including a calendar of investor relation activities

Skills Required

Educational Background : CA

Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, investor relations, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and market research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various audiences. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
