Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the US IT staffing industry . The ideal candidate must have direct client relationships , strong negotiation skills, and the ability to bring in new business quickly . This role demands a go-getter with deep industry connections and the capability to generate revenue through contract placements within a short turnaround time .

Must Have Qualifications & Experience :

Experience in Business Development (Staffing Services & Solutions) : 8 + years of dedicated BDM experience.

Contract Placement Experience : Proven track record as a BDM or Account Manager (not as a recruiter).
