Experience : 3-7 years in sales / business development (preferably in design / build / interior industries)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with potential clients
- Drive end-to-end sales : lead generation, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve monthly targets of ₹50 lakhs in sales revenue
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and execution teams for seamless delivery
- Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and growth opportunities
