Job Title : Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator

Location : Remote – India

About the Role :

We are looking for a Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator to support our business development and managing end-to-end proposal creation, RFP / RFI responses, and presales documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a keen understanding of the IT services / consulting / technology sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs for RFPs / RFIs and client proposals.
  • Prepare and structure proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting documentation that align with client requirements.
  • Develop reusable proposal templates, case studies, and capability decks.
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant, high-quality, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Conduct market and client research to support solution positioning and value propositions.
  • Manage documentation for presales activities and maintain a repository of past proposals and responses.
  • Support client presentations, bid defense meetings, and internal reviews as needed.
  • Track proposal progress, submission timelines, and post-submission follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field).
  • 3–6 years of experience in presales, proposal coordination, bid management, or similar roles in IT / Technology services.
  • Strong understanding of RFP / RFI / RFQ processes and proposal best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with global clients (especially in the US regions).
  • Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot, RFPIO, Zbizlink).
  • Exposure to IT services, consulting, or product-based presales.
