Job Summary

Are you passionate about data processing and data movement at scale Do you have a track record of leading a successful engineering team for a data management product Reltio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our engineering team in India. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of data movement initiatives, ensuring reliable and high-performance delivery of high-quality data to our customers.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Leadership : Provide strong leadership and guidance to the engineering team, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Technology Strategy : Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, and best practices to deliver effective data management solutions.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team&aposs success in meeting project goals.
• Data Governance : Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all product functionalities.
• Project Management : Oversee end-to-end project management, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution of data management projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, to align initiatives with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization, driving efficiency and scalability in engineering operations.
• Industry Trends : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance our offerings.
