Senior Engineering Manager - Backend Technologies

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in building scalable, reliable, and user-centric products. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced B2C product :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance while maintaining high coding standards and best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, or Golang.
• Oversee architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Define and track engineering metrics to measure team performance and product quality.
• Manage resource allocation, hiring, and career growth for team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, especially in the eCommerce and B2C space.
