Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems to meet organizational needs.
• Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Provide timely technical assistance to staff by resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Maintain and update firewalls, antivirus software, and other security protocols to safeguard company data and assets.
• Collaborate with external vendors for equipment procurement, services, and software support.
• Maintain accurate records of network, system, and software configurations for efficient management and audit purposes.
• Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure appropriate access control.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and proactively recommend improvements to enhance systems and processes.
