Hiring for Associate / Assistant Manager for leading Fashion E-Commerce Company

Designation – Asst / Associate Mgr

Location : Bangalore

CTC : 12-13 LPA

Responsibilities :

Manage inventory flow for the entire category, ensuring availability of top-selling styles at all times.

Daily, weekly monthly dashboards management.

Monitor product performance and take timely corrective actions.

Manage and optimize brand visibility and presentation on the platform to drive conversion.

Ensure high sell-through rates and on-time buying (OTB) fulfilment.

Onboard new vendors, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company standards and processes.

Coordinate with vendors daily, conducting regular catchups to align on pricing & discounting as per brand direction.

Build and maintain strong vendor and brand relationships to ensure smooth operations.

Track inwards and go-live to ensure timely product launches.

Key Requirements :

4–5 years of experience in seller handling / junior buying / junior planning, preferably within

women’s apparel.

Strong fashion and trend sensibility paired with strong analytical acumen.

Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is desirable.
