What You'll Do

• Manage HR operations : leave / attendance, employee records, assets, onboarding & offboarding.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
• Build employee engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and support retention strategies.
• Administer benefits (health insurance, PF, wellness) and handle employee queries.
• Address employee grievances and support fair, transparent conflict resolution.
• Support performance reviews, training, and development programs.
