About the Role :
We are in need of a professional with 2 –3 years of prior experience in employment law, preferably at law firms , to join our dynamic team. The role involves advising and representing clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including regulatory compliance, employee relations, workplace policies, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on all aspects of employment and labour laws, including employment contracts, terminations, employee benefits, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Draft and review employment-related documentation such as contracts, HR policies, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and courts in employment-related disputes.
- Provide strategic guidance on employment law implications in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
- Advise on statutory compliances under various labour legislations
