Job description

What you will be doing

Bring industry leading digital UX and design principles for complex and high traffic website.
Working with both technical and business stakeholders to define a best-in-class online experience for our users.
Having a working knowledge of accessibility standards, their importance and relevance.
Support project estimation.
Understand the high-level requirements for various projects and change requests on Client s Employee facing applications.
Arrange and conduct workshops, for requirement clarifications / finalisation.
Plan impact assessment sessions with SMEs for CRM and other impacted domains.
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sketching, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholder and other teams.

Ideally you will have worked with

High traffic B2B websites / apps / systems. Experience on complex apps and website would be an advantage.

Experience working on CMS driven websites.

Must have a portfolio with case studies.

Experience working in an agile development environment.

Experience of working in Kanban, but also a Scrum team.

Understanding of accessibility standards.

An understanding of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on the digital experience.

A clear understanding of where UX design fits within an organisation and what value it can bring.

Experience working with BAs, product owners and project managers, to capture, review and agree business requirements.

Stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

UX Research using workshops, interviews and focus groups

Personas, Experience Maps, User Journeys and User Flows

Wireframes

Interaction Design Prototype

Visual Design, supported by our digital toolkit

Style guide and Specifications

Systems and software :

FIGMA- mandatory

Axure.

Sketch App.

Creative Suite.

InVision and DSM.

Zeplin.

Confluence.

Jira.

Experience of Siebel and / or Pega (Not essential, but nice to have).

Other prototyping, user research and testing applications.

Must Haves :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

Effectively communicate complex information to senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams to gain buy-in and alignment.

Ability to motivate and lead teams, build consensus, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

Understanding Azure Devops and be able to size a project(VROM) with minimal information provided.
