Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and create recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and closure.
- Issue offer letters, ensure candidate acceptance, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, especially for critical and niche roles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to aid workforce planning.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Enhance the candidate experience while promoting Medhavi Skills University's employer brand.
