- Regarding the position : You will be in complete control of one of our AI business verticals as a GM AI Vertical. To acquire, onboard, and scale mission-critical voice AI campaigns for India's biggest consumer companies, you will oversee a group of AI Agent Product Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Sales Managers. This position sits at the nexus of customer success, operations, and sales strategy and execution.

Duties :
Take complete control of your AI vertical's P&L, including increasing both new and existing revenue as well as contribution and gross margins.Oversee the whole customer lifecycle with your team, from sales to onboarding to stabilisation to upselling and cross-selling.Oversee the implementation of the company's voice AI agents for the biggest consumer businesses worldwide, making sure that these agents become essential to the engagement of millions of customers.Develop a close relationship with clients by learning about their needs, presenting solutions, resolving technical issues, and customising agents for their operational procedures.Serve as VP and C-level executives' trusted partner, directing their AI roadmap, coordinating installations with strategic objectives, and guaranteeing quantifiable effects on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue.In order to build the roadmap, eliminate obstacles, and hasten adoption at scale, run high-velocity feedback loops into Product and Engineering.Be a builder at heart, delving deeply into challenging issues, creating sophisticated AI-powered solutions, and implementing them in millions of monthly consumer 6+ years of relevant expertise, preferably in AI-native enterprises or related fields, in product management, strategy consulting, P&L ownership (sales, operations, and customer success), and AI implementation.Excellent technical skills with the capacity to comprehend and influence the architecture of extensive AI agent deploymentsOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities; at ease interacting with senior stakeholders. the capacity to flourish in dynamic, unclear settings where you contribute to the development of solutions just as much as you provide them.(ref : iimjobs.com)
