Job descriptionBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within pharmaceutical industry with focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting. Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness. Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities. Experience with sales force automation tools and systems. Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills. Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic. Job Description
Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Commercial Operations department. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of effective incentive compensation plans.
You will utilize your understanding of corporate product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver IC plan best practices that drive desirable behavior and produce performance.
The associate will also assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for sales field ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
- Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
