We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder.
This role goes beyond administrative support youll be the strategic right hand to the Founder, ensuring smooth execution of priorities, managing cross-functional communications, and enabling key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge between the Founder and internal teams, ensuring information flow is clear, timely, and actionable.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings — ensuring the Founder is always one step ahead.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed business decisions.
- Draft and review professional communication, emails, and business correspondences on behalf of the Founder.
- Coordinate with vendors, handle procurement approvals, and track expenses for the Founder's office.
- Monitor projects and initiatives, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of deliverables across departments.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of proven experience supporting Founders, CXOs, or senior leadership (Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff role preferred).Exceptional communication skills — articulate, crisp, and persuasive.High ownership mindset — proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.Tech-savvy and business-aware, comfortable with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and create order in ambiguity.
