Supporting Actions Calendar & Appointment Management Manage & Organise the calendar for MD or Directors office

Providing time slots to various business stakeholders within & outside the organization for appointment at the MD’s or Director’s office Ensure the meeting invitation is sent to the respective invitee & updated with any change in the meeting

Managing Documentation & Reimbursement Ensure all the confidential documents are filled appropriately

Ensure all the reimbursement claims are submitted within TAT Travel Booking & Office Management Ensure the travel booking (Air, Car) is managed as per the MD’s or Director’s requirement & as per the company policy.

Ensure all calls with the internal & external clients are attended.

Co-ordinate with the various function for MD or Director’s office administration related work
