Role Description
This is a
full-time, on-site role

Bengaluru
for an
Executive Assistant to the Director .
The role involves providing comprehensive executive and administrative support, managing expense reports, preparing high-quality presentations, and facilitating seamless communication.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate the Director’s schedule, organize meetings, maintain records, assist with report and presentation preparation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations to enhance the Director’s productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
Executive Administrative Assistance
and
Administrative Support
roles.
Strong
presentation skills , with the ability to prepare professional decks and reports for internal and external meetings.
Experience in managing
Expense Reports
and other executive documentation.
Excellent
Executive Support
and
Communication
skills.
Strong
organizational, multitasking, and prioritization
abilities.
Exceptional
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration ,
Management , or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership is a plus.
