Job descriptionImplement and configure application upgrades and custom changes Set up new environments and deploy solutions Build proactive monitoring and alerting services Automate operations using scripting tools Troubleshoot AWS and application-level issues Collaborate with technical and operations teams to meet customer needs Handle high-severity incidents across multiple AWS services Provide on-call support and work in a 24x7 shift environment Create deployment scripts and rollback plans Optimize application and server performance 7+ years of experience in Application Support and Operations Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure Proficiency in scripting and automation tools Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes Knowledge of application servers and databases Familiarity with monitoring tools and CI / CD pipelines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Exposure to Agile development and financial domain is a plus Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We support hybrid work and flexible hours to fit diverse lifestyles.
