▷ [Urgent] Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (DHA & Nutraceutical APIs)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy for Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and other key Nutraceutical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). This role is critical for driving market share, expanding our customer base, and establishing our company as a preferred supplier in the global nutraceutical and functional food industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of DHA and a proven track record of success in API or specialized Nutra ingredient sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development (70%)

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for DHA and the assigned API portfolio.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with major nutraceutical, dietary supplement, functional food, and pharma players
• Manage and grow key accounts, serving as the primary commercial and strategic contact.
• Negotiate complex supply agreements, pricing, and terms with top-tier clients.
• Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales tactics and product positioning.

2. Marketing and Strategy (30%)
