Experience : 1 - 3 YearsLocation : HyderabadWork from office onlyImmediate to 15 days only- Strong interpersonal skills, networking, and communication skills- Negotiation skills- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviewing the job description for vacancies- Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles- Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant- Good convincing and managing skills- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical recruitment- If you have experience with salesforce technologies, then it would be an added advantage
