The Service Inside Sales is responsible for driving service revenue growth through strategic contract management while aligning internal and global stakeholders to deliver customer-centric service solutions
This position reports to the Senior Manager Service and is part of the Service Sales located in Mumbai and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
One point contact for any service contract related queries / issues. Understand the customer requirements & aid customers with any service commercial requests or queries
Primary ownership of all service contracts & related processes – Quoting, Negotiating, Processing all contract related Pos. Ensuring contracts are reviewed, renewed & uploaded in the system on time
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business proposals & negotiate service deals with key accounts.
Identify revenue opportunities & drive service product penetration in these accounts through customer focused approach
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate & devise service business strategies. Identify growth opportunities & drive initiatives to convert opportunities to revenue streams
Identify key service commercial KPIs, measure & track the same. Highlight challenges & drive DBS initiatives, if needed, to identify potential solutions
Measure & Track key service marketing KPIs & report the same in periodic reviews
The essential requirements of the job include :
3+ years of experience, preferably in customer facing role
Graduate / Post Graduate degree or equivalent
Prior experience in sales & marketing or customer facing roles
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, listening, and business acumen skills. Team Player.
Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter that can work independently and act with a focus on continuous improvement
Results oriented - able to clearly separate effort from results. Must possess the ability to quickly gather data, identify trends / issues, and clearly communicate next steps and aggressively follow-up to ensure that opportunities are closed.
