Job description

Education : Minimum HSC / Undergraduate (Full-time)

Working Days : 6 days / week (1 weekday off)

Timing : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with purchases
Follow up on new leads and drive assisted sales over the phone
Provide accurate product information and guide buyers
Ensure high call conversion rates and meet sales targets
Maintain excellent call quality and communication standards

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written—no grammar issues)

Confident, presentable, and customer-focused

Strong interest and intent to work in a sales role

Basic computer proficiency

Training on products and sales tools will be provided
