Job Description

• Oversee and manage the HR shared services team to ensure timely delivery of HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations in the chemical industry.
• Streamline and optimise HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR services.
• Develop and implement HR systems and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR services with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR shared services team in Pune.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - HR Shared Service should have :

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements in the chemical industry.
• Proven expertise in managing HR shared services operations.
