Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Lead HRSD to provide technical leadership, solution design, and delivery oversight for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms, primarily ServiceNow.
The role involves guiding a team of developers, designing scalable and secure HRSD solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations with core HR systems.
The Technical Lead will serve as a subject matter expert, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver employee-centric digital HR services aligned with organizational Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end HRSD solution design, development, and implementation across Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center / Portal, Lifecycle Events, and Onboarding.
- Translate HR business needs into technical solutions and oversee their successful delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to HRSD developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Architect integrations between HRSD platforms and HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Own the HRSD technical roadmap, ensuring adoption of new features, platform upgrades, and innovations.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, product owners, architects, and IT leadership to define technical strategies for HR service automation and employee experience.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Guide the team through Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Develop documentation for solution design, integrations, workflows, and technical procedures.
- Act as the escalation point for complex HRSD technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and manage HRSD platform performance, ensuring availability, scalability, and stability.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives and cross-functional digital transformation :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8- 12 years of experience in IT / software development, with at least 5 years in HRSD / HR technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD platform (mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading HRSD implementations, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Portal / Center, Lifecycle Events, and Onboarding.
- Proficiency in programming / scripting languages : JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Python (preferred).
- Strong background in integrating HRSD with enterprise HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
- Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, SSO, and middleware integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and HR security / compliance standards.
- Experience with Agile / DevOps environments, CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and employee experience to Have :
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
- ITIL v4 Certification.
- Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.
- Exposure to AI-driven HR service delivery, chatbots, and virtual agent solutions.
