Customer Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant – B2B Fashion Brand
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can manage customer relationships with our retail partners across India while also supporting our Director as an Executive Assistant . This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has an interest in fashion / apparel (women's wear) , and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer interactions (calls & in-person) and resolve service issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and service delivery.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship management.
- Support the Director with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination tasks.
- Assist in merchandising-related discussions and provide insights from customer feedback.
- Maintain organized reports, follow-ups, and documentation for both CRM & EA responsibilities.
Requirements :
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel / fashion retail or B2B sales .Strong communication & interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.Interest or background in fashion / merchandising (women's wear preferred) .Proficiency in MS Office and coordination skills.✨ This role offers the opportunity to grow within a leading fashion brand while working closely with both customers and leadership.
