Hr Executive / Hr Manager

Job descriptionMaintain employee records, onboarding files, and HR documentation Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NDAs, Policies Handle day-to-day office admin, attendance, and compliance coordination Coordinate with accounts team for salaries, invoices, payroll inputs Maintain vendor files, agreements, and contracts Support basic bookkeeping coordination (not accounting work) Prepare & review MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders Work with U.S. clients / vendors for paperwork and document processing Track contract renewals, background checks, and compliance status Work closely with U.S. management for hiring, documentation, onboarding Share daily / weekly hiring and HR reports 2–5 years of HR experience (staffing industry experience preferred) Strong knowledge of hiring processes (IT / US Staffing background is a plus) Good command of English (written & verbal) Ability to handle MSAs, SOWs, onboarding paperwork, and compliance Highly organized, proactive, and quick in execution Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment Competitive salary + performance incentives Growth opportunities in a rapidly growing staffing company Direct exposure to U.S. HR & recruitment operations Stable work environment and professional development
