- Understand and preserve the current organizational culture , ensuring it is reflected in all business interactions.
- Ideate, design, and implement key Business Partner (BP) initiatives & activities at the Business Unit level.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to capture the organizational pulse and share insights with leadership, taking appropriate action when needed.
- Execute various centrally defined processes within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Manage on-ground operations and act as the primary point of contact for all people-related queries within the business.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports to support informed decision-making.
- Serve as a change agent , continuously challenging existing processes to drive improvements and promote a more agile work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful individual in this role should have :
- MBA in HR
- 9-12 yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to ideate and be proactive
