bTranz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian payroll regulations and best practices to join our growing team. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions for our clients in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in all phases of the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules to meet specific client requirements, with a focus on Saudi Arabian payroll rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain Saudi-specific payroll rules, elements, and formulas within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
functionality.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll issues.Collaborate with other consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll with other modules.Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll features and updates, particularlythose related to Saudi Arabian regulations.
Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configurations andprocesses.
Perform data migration and validation activities.Work with clients to define and implement security roles and access controls.Develop and execute test plans and test cases.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-8 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian payroll regulations, including but not limited to :GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)Income TaxLabor LawEnd-of-Service BenefitsHands-on experience configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules,
including :
Payroll DefinitionsElementsFormulasBalancesPayment MethodsTax ReportingExperience with data migration and validation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification is a plus.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus(ref : hirist.tech)
