Role Overview
We are seeking an SEM Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other ad networks. The candidate will be responsible for driving ROI-focused campaigns for both Binary's brand and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across search, display, shopping, and video.
- Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting.
- Write and test ad copies, manage A / B experiments, and optimize CTR & conversion rates.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and Data Studio dashboards.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure ROI and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & SEM trends, automation, and AI tools .
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Support Binary's internal campaigns and client performance marketing projects.
Requirements
2–5 years of proven SEM / PPC experience (agency experience is a plus).Google Ads & Analytics certification preferred.Strong knowledge of keyword bidding, audience segmentation, and remarketing.Experience with eCommerce campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Ads).Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.What Binary Offers (for both roles)
