About the job :

We are seeking a performance-driven SEM Specialist with 23 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and paid search marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, while leveraging tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to reduce CAC and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple products and customer segments (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Conduct deep keyword research and intent mapping using tools such as SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner.
• Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
• Monitor campaign performance continuously and implement real-time optimizations to meet or exceed targets.
• Create and manage audience strategies, including custom segments and remarketing / retargeting campaigns.
• Execute A / B tests on ad creatives, formats, and landing pages to enhance performance.
• Track and analyze conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, ensuring accurate attribution.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign strategy.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
