Job descriptionData Analysis and Reporting Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to track KPIs and business performance. Use Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, conditional formatting, logical functions) for efficient data analysis. Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through well-structured reporting. Create, edit, and manage digital content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Support web updates, landing pages, and campaign content publishing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT) for seamless content operations. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Excel, including : Pivot Tables & Charts VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH Logical & nested formulas Macros and VBA scripting Power Query & Power Pivot (added advantage) Build dynamic and interactive dashboards for leadership reporting.

Salary Range : 30-40K
Requirement :
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Reporting, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring and content management.
- Proven expertise in Advanced Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables).
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AEM Content & MIS Specialist based in Mumbai. MIS Executive with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Advanced Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and authoring content in AEM, analysing large data sets, generating insightful reports, and automating recurring reporting tasks. This role requires a blend of data analysis, reporting, and content management skills to support business decision-making and ensure smooth content operations.
