Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Bangalore, with some work from home flexibility. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and utilizing email marketing software. Day-to-day tasks include developing email content, managing subscriber lists, and implementing marketing automation strategies. Additionally, this role involves lead generation and ensuring effective communication with the marketing team.

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation
• Strong Marketing Analytics skills
• Experience in Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in marketing is a plus
