We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented CRM Managers to generate sales and also work with Team Leads and executives to increase the revenue of the company.

A successful CRM Manager must be friendly, persuasive and must possess good communication and team management skills. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Salary - Up to 35k in hand plus performance-based incentives

Location - Indore (M.P.)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to people using a given lead.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, and record useful information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales manager
  • Having experience in handling a team of at least
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.G. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the presentation of reports and using MS Office
  • Proficient in English.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
