Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure they are complete.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Help prepare HR documents like employment contracts, appraisal forms, and HR letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in processing and managing leaves, attendance records, and timesheets.
- Support in compliance documentation and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to provide necessary employee data.
- Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
