Job descriptionPrepare and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Maintain payroll records and employee data. Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes. Competitive monthly salary of $2,800 – $3,200 USD . Fully remote work flexibility. Opportunities for professional growth. Supportive and collaborative work culture. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in payroll administration. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
