SAP SF EC Payroll Functional Consultant

Description :

• Advanced experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll Australia module and Australian payroll compliance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax (PAYG), Superannuation, STP (Single Touch Payroll), and Fair Work Act compliance.
• Ability to manage complex pay rules, EBAs (Enterprise Bargaining Agreements), and awards interpretation.
• End-to-end payroll implementation experience, including parallel runs and reconciliation for Australian clients.
• Experience in configuring LSL Quotas, Team organizer
• Experience in implementing Single touch payroll (STP1 and STP2)
• Experience in Superannuation, Tax Calculations, Finance GL mapping requirements
• Reporting experience with SGC Processing, Group Certificates, Employee Allowances report.
• Proficient in SAP Payroll schema, PCRs, wage types for Australia.
