Description :
We are seeking a skilled SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and integration with other HR modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and support SAP ECP solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results within SAP ECP.
- Integrate SAP ECP with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other systems using standard tools like CPI.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes including testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of payroll processes.
- Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and regression testing.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and user training materials.
Required Skills and Experience :
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2 years in ECP.Strong knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and integration between EC and ECP.Experience with SAP CPI / PTP integration for SuccessFactors.Sound understanding of payroll processes, time management, and statutory compliance.Proven experience in configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is preferred.Nice-to-Have :
Experience in multi-country payroll implementations.Familiarity with cloud integration tools and APIs.Exposure to SAP HCM on-premise or SuccessFactors suite modules (EC, Time Off, Benefits).Education :
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.SAP / SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) preferred.(ref : hirist.tech)
