Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Collections Executive Lead to take ownership of the student fee collection process. This role involves direct follow-ups, coordination with payment partners, and leading a small collections team to meet recovery targets. While the position is focused on the EdTech domain, candidates with a background in e-commerce collections are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collections team to ensure timely and efficient fee recovery from students and learners.
• Set daily / weekly collection targets and guide the team to achieve individual and group goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Personally handle escalated cases and difficult payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with payment gateways and partners such as Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo, Jodo , etc., for transaction tracking and resolution.
• Monitor and manage EMI-based collection schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and oversee accurate records of payment history, communication logs, and recovery actions.
• Generate detailed reports on team performance, collection status, and outstanding dues.
• Collaborate with internal departments like sales, support, and finance to resolve billing issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and compliance.
