Job descriptionManage and resolve customer complaints through effective communication. Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and update customer accounts. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, particularly in tele collection or collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
