Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining and promoting V-Fit Fitness & Wellness solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making cold calls, providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for customers
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
